The Coaching and Feedback Process
I’ve developed the bridge framework that has helped over a dozen authors tell their story, become thought leaders, and gain speaking engagements by writing a book. The bridge framework rests on three pillars:
Pillar 1. Strategy
We get crystal clear on your intended outcome for writing the book and make every big decision in the book in a way that helps you towards your intended outcome. Examples of these decisions include: (a) Who is your target audience? (b) What are the key benefits of the book? (c) What is your personal brand and the best way to tell your story? (d) What is the ideal structure of your book? Through in-depth consulting sessions, we will help you develop a strategy and roadmap of exactly how to write the book that achieves your ultimate outcomes.
Pillar 2. Process and Accountability
We help you identify an efficient and effective process for writing the book and provide accountability. You will finish the book much faster than you imagined and you can save all that time for your existing business projects.
Pillar 3. Reader response
You are the expert in your content but your readers are not. This gap in expertise makes it tough to get in the shoes of your readers. How are they understanding and relating to your content? Like your readers, I don’t know what you know, which makes me a good test case for your content. The benefit of the feedback is you will have a roadmap of how to transform a first draft into a finished draft that you KNOW is overflowing with value for your intended audience.
