I help you achieve your goals and vision for success. As an organizational psychologist, I understand organizations as well as the psychology involved in achieving peak performance. I have nearly completed the process of receiving my International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentials through an elite coach training certification program, the College of Executive Coaching. I am also affiliated with Gail Golden consulting.

I edit the manuscript for clarity, word choice, sentence structure, and extraneous words. By the end of the process, you have a manuscript that is easily understood and provides maximum value to your intended audience.

Research-

Using my academic background in organizational psychology, I research engaging content and compelling studies from the relevant literature to lend support to your message and enhance your credibility.

I’ve discovered the key principles needed to create a book proposal that will land you a top agent and/or publisher. I provide ghostwriting or coaching to help you complete the proposal.
